Publication Process

Authors interested in publishing with RJAR should submit their manuscripts via the Manuscript Submission Link (https://jrohilayush.com/submit_manuscript) or email them to rohilkhandayushjournal@gmail.com, along with a covering letter and a list of at least three potential reviewers. Manuscripts must adhere to the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines provided on the website.

Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment containing a unique manuscript number.

Peer Review Process:
All submissions are initially screened by an Editorial Board Member for format compliance and plagiarism. If found suitable, the manuscript is forwarded to expert reviewers for a detailed peer review. Authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on reviewer comments. Unsatisfactory revisions may be returned for further corrections. The final decision on publication rests with the Editor, based on the revised manuscript.

Upon acceptance, the Managing Editor sends an acceptance letter along with the invoice for the Article Processing Charges (APC). Please note that no fees are charged for submission or peer review.

Following payment, the manuscript proceeds through language editing, technical review, proofreading, and is then published.

The entire process — from submission to publication — generally takes 1 to 2 months, but may extend in case of multiple revisions.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

RJAR is an open access journal, which ensures free and unrestricted access to all its published content worldwide. This model enhances the visibility, reach, and impact of authors’ research. Under this model, publication costs are covered through Article Processing Charges, enabling authors to retain copyright under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows sharing and redistribution with proper credit.

The APCs for RJAR are:

• INR 2100 per article (for Indian authors)

• USD 100 per article (for all others)

There are no charges for submission or peer review, and no hidden fees beyond the APC.
